How to Commission Me

I periodically open "slots" for doll commissions in order to regulate how much work I receive at once. I usually have up to 10 slots available for doll customisations and products. Please check my availability via Instagram or this website.​

If you wish to order a product or service please use my contact form to get in touch with me or contact me via my Instagram. ​

If ordering a service, we will discuss your options and then I will send you my faceup/blushing form to complete and return. Upon confirming a space with me via email, please return your form and send your doll and/or parts within 7 days. If I don’t receive the information, I will cancel your order and your slot will be allocated to another customer.

How long will my order take?

It really depends on the nature and complexity of your order. Eyes generally take me 2 weeks and large doll commissions around 4 weeks. However, this time may increase or decrease depending on workload and weather.

Why does the weather affect processing time?

Bad weather can affect resin eyes and also the adherence of sealant to plastic surfaces. England is a changeable country! If there are issues due to weather conditions I will always contact you and let you know of any delays to your order.

How much will I pay in customs fees when sending my doll to the UK?

To my international customers; please understand there will be customs charges on expensive items marked at full value.
