For pre-orders it is essential that you tell me the name of the company, sculpt, resin colour, as well as whether you require a company faceup, outfit and any other accessory for your chosen doll. I can always be reached via Instagram or this website.
I take Paypal, Wise or bank transfer.
Most dolls listed on this website are pre-orders. You can check the list of dolls I have in-stock here. These dolls are physically in my possession and ready to be shipped immediately!
How long will my order take?
Most dolls are pre-order or made to order. Order times vary by company. Please feel free to ask me for shipping updates at any time.
Why are your prices in USD ($) when you are UK based? Can I pay in GBP (£)?
You absolutely CAN pay your order in GBP (£)!
Many doll companies fix their prices in USD ($). For those companies, my wesbite shows the USD ($) price first and a GBP (£) estimate in brackets. For example $300 (£256). However, the GBP (£) prices shown are not fixed and may change when you place your order based on the currency exchange rates on the day. I can’t find [-specific doll-] on your website but I saw it on a different website?
OR your website lists [-specific doll-] but other websites say it’s sold out?
I do my best to keep my site up-to-date but sometimes I miss things. If you’re looking for a specific doll, doll part, or accessory from one of the companies or artists I work with, please ask! Use my contact form or reach out to me on Instagram to let me know what you’re looking for. I will check directly with the maker to find out whether the doll you want is available.
Layaway
For in-stock dolls I can offer a layaway of over 12 months.
Pre-order layaways can also be up to 12-months, but this depends on the company. Most companies will start making a layaway doll as soon as the first payment is made.
Layaway payments are non-refundable and are considered to be a final purchase, so please consider your finances before starting a layaway order.
Dolce Luce Dolls is not responsible for any financial difficulty you may incur due to the use of layaway. I am not a financial advisor nor a legal expert on financial matters, so I cannot provide financial advice.
If you need to delay a payment, please reach out to me before deciding to cancel your layaway. I understand that unexpected situations can occur and I’m happy to discuss changing or delaying payments to make sure you can get your doll. If you cancel or repeatedly miss payments without speaking to me, you will forfeit all previous layaway payments and will not be allowed to use my layaway services in future.
Taking out a chargeback against me without a valid reason will also lead to blacklisting, reporting to feedback pages and potential legal consequences.
Shipping
I can order dolls to be delivered direct to you from the doll company, however please note not all companies allow this.
Some dolls, accessories, blind boxes, and batch orders will be shipped to my address first and shipped to you from the UK.
By default orders in the UK are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. You can upgrade to Special Delivery on request.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Track and Trace, however, delivery upgrades can also be purchased for these orders.
Shipping prices may vary according to the size of your order.
Customs fees might apply to your package if the order is shipped direct to your address or if I am shipping to an international address from the UK. Please see the link below for more details on UK customs charges. International customers should check their local customs information.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive the wrong item (e.g. wrong sculpt or resin colour), a replacement can be arranged.
Refunds will only be provided if the company refuses to provide an exchange for a damaged/incorrect item.
If I have similar products in stock, I can offer to exchange the item.
Please note, if you choose to underdeclare your parcel, only the amount specified can be claimed as compensation.
